Ben Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2016, they worked as a Design Engineer at the Distributed Autonomous Systems Laboratory. Ben then moved on to become an Automation Engineer at Soil Diagnostics, where they worked until 2017. Ben then served as the Chief Operating Officer at EarthSense, Inc. for a year before joining HCM Systems as a Robotics Application Engineer in 2018. Ben's most recent role was at Formic, where they held multiple positions including Robotics Application Engineer, Application Engineering Manager, Deployment Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and currently as a Production Optimization Manager. Ben also has a prior background as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012.
