Carlos Kelly

Carlos Kelly has over 13 years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile and web applications. Carlos currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Formidable, where they oversee client projects and a team of engineering managers. Carlos also works with the Business Development team on sales, staffing, and client relations. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager at Formidable, where they led teams of developers, mentored their technical and consulting skills, and conducted interviews and hiring for React native and React web candidates. Carlos has also worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Formidable, where they designed training curriculum and led workshops for React native and React web. Before joining Formidable, Carlos held various positions at D3 Banking, Modus Create Inc, Barclaycard, Object Systems Group, HuntForce, and Las Vegas Gaming Inc, where they gained experience in front-end development, iOS app development, and software engineering.

Carlos Kelly completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012.
