Dana Cartright is a seasoned software engineer and leader with extensive experience in frontend development and team management. Currently serving as the Lead Frontend Developer at Ulta Beauty, Dana oversees multiple teams to deliver high-quality, responsive interfaces while ensuring adherence to design standards and accessibility compliance. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Formidable, where Dana focused on mentoring engineers, and a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, developing features for a large eCommerce platform.
