Joe A.

Joe A. has extensive work experience in the field of product design, creative direction, and user experience (UX) design. Joe is currently serving as the VP of Product Design at Formidable, where they lead both internal design efforts and manages design client engagements. Joe was previously the Creative Director and Design Lead at the same company, where they established internal design standards, built out a team of designers, and ensured that design was seamlessly integrated into the overall product development process.

Prior to their role at Formidable, Joe worked as a Co-Host at Designer&Designer, where they utilized their expertise in digital design and strategy. Joe also held the position of Partner at Primer&Co., where they conceived the company, led UX and UI teams, acted as the creative lead for digital products, and managed subcontractors for project creation.

In addition, Joe has worked as a Freelance Creative Lead, Designer, and Illustrator at their own company, www.JoeAlter.io. Joe provided design and strategy services to various clients, leading projects from concepting to deployment.
