Daniel Lott

Daniel Lott, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Property Accounting at Formidium since August 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions at Asana Partners from November 2019 to August 2025, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate in Property Accounting. Daniel began a professional career at Grant Thornton (US), where the role of Audit Associate was held from September 2018 to November 2019, following an internship as a Tax Intern at the same firm in May 2017 to August 2017. Daniel's early experience includes an internship in Accounting, Financial Planning, and Analysis at SouthState Bank during the summer of 2016. Academically, Daniel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Accounting from Presbyterian College (2013-2017) and a Master's degree in Accounting from Clemson University (2017-2018).
