Harry Tang is currently an Assistant Vice President (Legal) at Formidium, overseeing legal matters in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. With experience in Corporate & Commercial law, Harry specializes in cross-border transactions, Equity and Debt Capital Markets, and employment-related legal matters. Harry obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Swansea University in 2016, followed by a Master of Laws from Durham University in 2017, and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong in 2021. Prior to Formidium, Harry worked as a trainee solicitor and paralegal in various respected law firms.
