Formis is a dedicated landscape architecture practice, founded in 2026. The name reflects what the firm does and what it believes in; that great design forms relationships, forms communities, and forms the public spaces where everyday life unfolds. Outdoor environments manage stormwater and moderate climate, provide habitat, connect communities, and create the conditions for public life to happen.

Formis was founded by Trish Clarke and Luke Mollet, bringing together over a decade of experience across civic, institutional, and community projects. They operate as a focused, senior-led practice, with the principals present at every stage from first concept through construction close-out, bringing the kind of continuity and care that only a dedicated studio can offer.

Having worked at a multidisciplinary firm, both principals understand how complex project teams work and how to collaborate across disciplines. Formis is a deliberate step toward something more focused—a practice where the work is personal, the relationships matter, and every project gets the attention it deserves.
