Georgie King has worked in a variety of roles in the talent and recruitment space. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Formitable. Georgie then moved to Spargle in 2021, where they served as an International Talent Development Manager. In 2020, they began working for Maykers as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment for roles at Europe's fastest growing Agricultural marketplace based in Utrecht, NL. In addition, they were responsible for employer branding strategy and implementation, including recruitment marketing and candidate experience. In 2019, they worked for Hubs as a Global Events & Project Manager and Culture Ambassador Lead. In this role, they were responsible for full scale trade show execution in multiple countries, webinar series with 500+ sign ups, company events including 150 pax international team trip, company parties with 250+ attendees, and all marketing and content surrounding events, including blog posts, social media, offline marketing, and landing pages. Georgie was also a Recruiter & Internal Events Specialist, where they were responsible for planning, logistics and execution of team trips, monthly team events, expo/conferences, training/development and recruitment events, and making 35 hires in 2019. Lastly, they were a Culture Ambassador, maintaining a healthy and productive working environment for 80+ people from 35 different nationalities.

Georgie King attended Genazzano FCJ College from 2012 to 2013 and obtained a VCE. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Deakin University and obtained two Bachelor's degrees in Criminology and Psychological Science. In 2017, they participated in an Exchange Program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management at Deakin University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
