Peter Russell

Peter Russell is currently the Dean of the Institute for Future Human Habitat Studies at Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, where they pursue interdisciplinary research to develop bespoke education for sustainable living. With a diverse background in architecture, computation, and digital design, Peter has held significant roles including Creative Director for the CITYX-Venice virtual pavilion at the 17th Venice Biennale and Professor at RWTH Aachen and Delft University of Technology. Peter co-founded the Energy Endeavour Foundation and has contributed to various international platforms aimed at advancing architectural education and practices. Peter holds an M.Arch from Dalhousie University and has previously worked as a Scientific Assistant at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie and as a partner in the Offshore Production company.
