Stefan Stemmler

Stefan Stemmler is a mindfulness trainer, transformation coach, and keynoter who supports individuals and companies in overcoming challenges and achieving their desired states. They have been actively engaged in personal development since 2012 and provide various coaching services both in person and online through their brand TRANSFORMAKTION®. With extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Stefan has held roles such as Senior BIM Advisor and BIM Manager at several firms, contributing to the implementation of digital transformation in organizations. They co-founded the Student Initiative for Sustainable Energy Association while at RWTH Aachen University, where they also earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on renewable energies for buildings.
