Ada Tadmor serves as a People Business Partner at Formlabs since October 2025. Previously, Ada held various leadership positions at Teach For America from July 2015 to September 2025, including Chief of Staff and Director of Alumni Engagement, focusing on building strong alumni networks dedicated to educational equity. In earlier roles, Ada managed alumni affairs and recruitment, successfully engaging over 2,100 alumni and executing targeted communication strategies. Ada's teaching experience includes positions as a First and Third Grade Teacher at North Star Academy Charter School of Newark and as a founding Kindergarten Literacy Teacher, where significant student achievement was achieved. Ada holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Sociology from Bates College, with additional study at The University of Queensland.
