Brian Hardy

Brian Hardy currently serves as the People Enablement Lead for HR Projects, Technology, & Operations at Formlabs since June 2022. Prior to this role, Brian was the HR Operations Manager at Moderna, where responsibilities included onboarding and payroll management for international employees and driving digital innovation during the company's rapid growth. Brian has extensive experience at Wayfair, progressing from Talent Acquisition Coordinator to Manager, overseeing projects that improved talent processes and systems on a global scale. Earlier in Brian's career, the role of Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Seven Step RPO involved managing recruitment processes for high-volume hiring needs. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
