Brooke Hoger

Brooke Hoger currently serves as the leader of campus recruiting and access initiatives at Formlabs, where responsibilities include developing data-informed strategies for campus recruiting, intern hiring, community engagement, and DEI partnerships, alongside managing the FormEd program with Tech Boston Academy since February 2022. Prior to this role, Brooke held various positions at Northeastern University from August 2012 to February 2022, including Campus Recruiter and Assistant Director of the Northeastern Explore Program, focusing on academic advising for undeclared students and co-developing service-learning curricula. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Services Coordinator, Program Assistant, and teaching assistant within the Northeastern Explore Program. Brooke's early career featured a co-op at Staples in internal communications and community giving, facilitating large-scale community service events. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in College Student Development & Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies, both from Northeastern University.
