Emma Bouras

Emma Bouras is a seasoned recruiting professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and HR operations, currently serving as a Contract Recruiter at Formlabs since July 2024. Previously held the position of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Lead at Walden Local Meat Co., where Emma managed full-lifecycle recruiting, achieving a 100% offer acceptance rate and successfully leading high-volume seasonal hiring. Prior to that, Emma had a diverse career at Formlabs, progressing from Campus Recruiter & Program Manager to Senior Recruiter, with accomplishments including the hiring of over 300 interns and the organization of 20+ recruitment events.
