Matthew Lipsitz

Matthew Lipsitz serves as the Head of Quality at Formlabs, where responsibilities encompass global hardware quality functions, achieving significant reductions in warranty return rates and cost of poor quality. Prior experience includes roles at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., where Matthew managed teams in reliability and test engineering, and equipment engineering, facilitating high-stakes project leadership and process optimization. Prior roles at Fraunhofer USA involved project management for automated manufacturing equipment, while design engineering experience at ShowMotion Inc. and theatrical production roles at Williamstown Theatre Festival rounded out a diverse professional background. Matthew holds an MS in Manufacturing Engineering, an MBA in Business Administration from Questrom School of Business, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania.
