Simon Beeson

Simon Beeson is currently the Business Strategy Director at FORMM LTD, a position held since 2020. Prior to this role, Simon was the Project Development Manager at Land Securities from 1999 to 2019, where they led the northern office for project management, overseeing numerous teams to execute various construction projects. Before that, from 1996 to 1999, Simon worked as a Regional Building Surveyor at Sears Group Properties Ltd, managing a diverse portfolio across office, retail, and industrial sectors.
