Patrick Spain

Patrick Spain, CAS, is an experienced audio professional specializing in re-recording mixing and audio engineering. Currently serving as a re-recording mixer at Formosa Group since September 2020 and as an original dialogue-ADR mixer for Netflix since June 2023, Patrick adeptly meets clients' audio needs with a clear vision and precise execution. Freelancing since 2007 under the company Invent A/V, Patrick has worked across various media including theatrical, streaming, and live performances. Previous roles include positions at Advantage Audio Inc, Bad Robot/Epilogue Media, Technicolor, Todd-AO, Ocean Way Recording, and Signet Sound, which provided extensive experience in mixing, mastering, and technical support. Patrick holds a Master of Recording II in Audio Engineering from The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University.
