Joan Ojeda

Joan Ojeda has several years of experience in technical support and Microsoft Dynamics support. From 2019 to the present, Joan has been working at Formpipe, starting as a Technical Support Consultant and later being promoted to Technical Support Manager. Currently, Joan holds the position of Head of Support at Formpipe. Prior to joining Formpipe, Joan worked at XAPT from 2016 to 2019 as a Microsoft Dynamics Support Consultant. Additionally, in 2015, Joan gained experience as an IT data services intern at TracFone Wireless.

Joan Ojeda earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Florida International University from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from TARGIT and Duolingo for Portuguese Fluency at the elementary level. Joan also has a certification in Distribution and Trade in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations from Microsoft.
