Anna Blackman

Anna Blackman has extensive professional experience, beginning with their role as a Senior Manager at PwC from September 2001 to June 2010. Anna then held positions as Director from July 2010 to July 2015 and Partner from July 2015 to April 2021 at the same firm.

In 2021, Anna worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Angel Investor at FormScore, a wellbeing app and workplace solution focused on promoting self-reflection, connection, and support.

Anna also served as an Interim Group Head of Internal Audit at Capita from October 2018 to June 2019.

Starting in 2022, they founded their own company, Kind Human. Additionally, they joined Chief, a private network designed to empower women in leadership positions, as a Founding Member. Anna also became an Independent Chair of the Audit Committee at UK Athletics and joined the board of InsideOut LeaderBoard as a Trustee. Anna also provided advisory services to the Founding Team at Naked Sprout.

In 2023, Anna became a Founding Member of The Cold Water Club.
