Rob Stephenson is the founder and CEO of FormScore, a company that promotes wellbeing through an app and workplace solution. Rob also founded InsideOut LeaderBoard, a social enterprise aimed at ending the stigma of mental ill-health in the workplace. Additionally, they co-founded InsideOut Awards, which celebrates mental health and those who champion it. Rob is an Academy Fellow at ZINC and the co-founder of G24, a platform that facilitates connections and conversations about mental health and wellbeing. Rob previously served as the managing director of MindCycle Events, providing bespoke indoor cycling events focused on wellbeing and mental health. Rob also worked as a development partner at MQ: Transforming Mental Health and founded The Human Reserves Initiative, a wellbeing consulting offering. Prior to these roles, they were a founding partner and head of the tax recruitment practice at Maven Partners and worked as a coach at Unhinged Cycle Coaching.
Rob Stephenson completed their BSc in Economics with First Class honors from Loughborough University from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Menzies High School from 1984 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Rob has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Rob became an Accredited Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment Provider from Firstbeat Technologies Ltd in September 2017. Rob also obtained the Certified Coach certification from the Association of British Cycle Coaches in July 2017 and the Level 2 Certified British Cycling Coach certification from British Cycling in March 2017. Furthermore, Rob obtained their ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) certification from ICAEW in September 1998.
