Andrzej Ruszkowski

Andrzej Ruszkowski has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andrzej started their career in 2009 as a Freelance Web Developer and Designer. In 2010, they joined Far Data Sp. z o.o. as a Java Developer, where they took on the responsibility of becoming the lead developer for the Ventus project when the previous lead developer left. Andrzej also led successful refactor efforts to improve stability and scalability for crucial backend services. In 2012, Andrzej joined Formstack as a Senior Software Developer, where they played a key role in numerous successful releases for the Formstack Forms app. Andrzej served as a tech lead in a cross-functional team and was involved in onboarding and training new team members. Andrzej eventually grew to become an Engineering Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Engineering since 2020.

Andrzej Ruszkowski obtained their Master's degree in Operating Systems and Software Engineering from Politechnika Częstochowska, where they attended from 2004 to 2010. During the same period, they also pursued studies in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at Akademia Humanitas.

In addition to their formal education, Andrzej has acquired certifications in the IT industry. In April 2011, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification. Later, in July 2020, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
