Dan Swimm

Dan Swimm has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dan is currently working as a Vice President of Revenue Operations at Formstack since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Global Customer Experience at Papaya Global in 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, Dan worked at Duck Creek Technologies, starting as a Director of GTM Operations and then progressing to the role of Senior Director of Global GTM Strategy & Operations. Dan led the global strategy and operations function, handling various operations such as marketing, sales, customer success, and partner operations.

Before Duck Creek Technologies, Dan held senior management positions at Penn Foster Education Group from 2014 to 2018. Dan had notable roles including the Managing Director of Revenue Operations & Customer Success and Director of Revenue Operations. Dan played a crucial role in leading the company through its hyper-growth phase and successful exit to Bain Capital.

Dan's earlier experiences include working as an Associate in TMT Investment Banking at Bulger Partners in 2013 and as a Growth Equity Analyst at Brook Venture Partners from 2012 to 2013.

Dan Swimm attended Bentley University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. Additionally, they completed a seminar in Venture Capital & Private Equity at Bentley University. In 2013, Dan obtained a certification in Equity Essentials from Bloomberg.
