Dave Bair

Dave Bair is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in leadership and product development across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Formstack since August 2019, Bair focuses on improving engineering processes and developing staff for various product offerings, including Forms, Documents, and Sign. Prior to this role, Bair was the Chief Technology Officer at IDdigital, where responsibilities included designing customer-driven mobile apps and marketing websites. As Director of Software Engineering at Church Community Builder, Bair led initiatives to enhance client support tools and operations for church management. Bair also held key positions at Reliability Management Group as Vice President of Operations, at RMC International as Vice President of Sales, and contributed to IT projects at Temple-Inland and HP. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
