Kari Wimmer

Kari Wimmer currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Intellistack, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Kari was the Executive Vice President of Finance at Businessolver from June 2021 to September 2024, and previously held the role of VP, Finance & Corporate Development. At P2 Energy Solutions, from November 2017 to June 2021, Kari led corporate development initiatives and managed a significant divestiture process. Kari's extensive experience also includes senior roles at Arrow Electronics, IHS Markit, and others, with a strong focus on corporate finance, acquisition forecasting, and strategic partnerships. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Finance from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
