Tony Romeri

Tony Romeri is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Finance & FP&A at Formstack since April 2022, Tony holds progressive positions in the company, including Manager and Senior Analyst. Prior to Formstack, Tony worked at PatientPop Inc. as Associate Manager of Strategic Finance, where responsibilities included developing churn and retention reporting and contributing to a merger transaction. Experience also includes a role as Senior Analyst at Kyriba, focusing on SaaS KPIs, budgeting, and M&A transaction support. Early career positions include financial analyst roles at Atlas Executive Consulting and internships in finance and accounting, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
