Customer Service Manager at FORM

Fiona Witham has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Fiona began their career at the International Chamber of Commerce as an Assistante trilingue, where they were responsible for drafting and correction of letters in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, as well as day to day administrative tasks and dealing with payments from/to parties and arbitrators. In 2013, they moved to Langara College as an Office Assistant in the Homestay Department. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Clearly, taking on a variety of roles, including Senior Team Leader, Training Development and QA, Senior Team Leader, Training Development and Bilingual Operations, Bilingual Vision Care Team Leader, Vision Care Quality Specialist and Coach, and Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Most recently, they have been the Customer Service Manager at FORM since 2019.

Fiona Witham obtained an Associate Certificate in Leadership from BCIT School of Business + Media between 2016 and 2020. Fiona also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in French and Spanish from Coventry University between 2006 and 2010.
