Gordon Tsui has held a variety of roles in the tech and business industries. In 2021, they began working at FORM as a Web Team Lead and Full Stack Developer. In 2018, they began working at Sea Around Us as a Full Stack Developer, where they managed junior research assistants and oversaw the development and maintenance of the website, databases and API for the project. In 2017, they co-founded Backcountry Wok | Wok Fresh in Vancouver and later moved operations to Ottawa. In 2015, they began working at Dillon Consulting Limited as a Field Assistant and at Sea Around Us as a Senior Research Associate. In 2012, they began working at Sea Around Us as a Research Assistant. In 2010, they began working at UBC Bookstore as a Seasonal Cashier. In 2011, they began working at Ex-Sell Sales & Merchandising Canada as a Brand Ambassador.
Gordon Tsui obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from The University of British Columbia in 2014, after studying there from 2009-2014. Gordon also studied Environmental Science at the University of Bristol in 2013. In 2019, they completed a Computer Systems Technology degree in Cloud from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Additionally, in 2014 Tsui obtained an Open Water Diver certification from Scuba Schools International and an Introductory to Wilderness First Aid - 20hrs certification from Canada West Mountain School.
