Kevin Mann has worked in the software engineering and web and mobile development fields since 2011. In 2011, they began working as a Lab Technician at Simon Fraser University, where they maintained SFU's Active Directory, performed system rollouts, system imaging, network and system troubleshooting, and printer maintenance and troubleshooting. In 2012, they worked as a Co-op Software Developer at Ingenium Technologies Inc., where they used Microsoft's ASP MVC 3 and T-SQL to create an administrative application for the management of ConstructionPoints users and companies. In 2013, they started working as a Software Engineer at Recon Instruments, where they worked on Recon Instrument's Engage web application, focusing largely on the front-end Javascript implementation using D3, Backbone and RequireJS. Kevin also set up the Engage cloud architecture using Amazon AWS. In 2015, they began working at Intel Corporation as a Software Engineer. In 2017, they started working at FORM, where they held the roles of VP, Software & Hardware Engineering, Director Software Services, Web and Mobile Manager, and Web and Mobile Team Lead.

Kevin Mann attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Diploma of Technical Studies in Computer Information Systems Technician. Kevin then attended Simon Fraser University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science.
