Stacey Sogen

Stacey Sogen has worked in the Human Resources field since 2012. Stacey began their career at BlueShore Financial as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2016, they took on the role of Human Resources Advisor at The Bloom Group Community Services Society. That same year, they began working at Clearly as a People Partner (HR Business Partner). In 2020, they joined FORM as a Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Human Resources Director. In their role at FORM, they design and implements HR initiatives to help the company grow and scale sustainably. At Clearly, they were responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions.

Stacey Sogen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2015. Stacey also obtained a Human Resource Management Diploma from the same institution between 2010 and 2012. In addition, Sogen holds certifications as a Registered Yoga Teacher 200HR from the Julia McCabe School of Yoga (obtained in December 2018), Workplace Investigator from the Workplace Institute Training (obtained in 2018), Certified Office Ergonomic Evaluator from Humanscale Consulting (obtained in 2016), Chartered Professional in Human Resources from the CPHR Association of BC and Yukon, and Standard First Aid (Emergency First Aid, CPR C, and AED certification) from the Canadian Red Cross.
