Cate McPhee

Cate McPhee is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in management and sales within the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Multi-Unit Fig Bar Manager at Formula Fig since May 2023, Cate previously held key positions at The RealReal, including Assistant General Manager of Demand and Luxury Resales Manager from March 2022 to May 2023. Previous roles also include Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Michael Kors, as well as various management positions at Tommy Bahama and francesca’s®. Cate began a career in retail as a Stylist at Shop344-Newbury St. and gained early experience as a Merchandiser/Event Planner Intern at 125 Bridal Boutique. Cate earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Southern New Hampshire University and also studied at John Cabot University in 2012.
