James Grady is a production partner at Red Bull and the Chief Executive Officer of Formula Fixed Gear Racing. They have produced and directed major Red Bull events, including Bay Climb (2017–2019, 2021, 2022), Short Circuit (2021–2022), and Legends (2023), and contributed to Danny McAskill’s Postcard from San Francisco. They ideated and produced Short Circuit and led permitting, logistics, and production for Legends. Grady earned an Associate's degree from Mesa Community College (2001–2004), a Diploma from Desert Mountain High School (1997–2001), and a BA in Political Science from Arizona State University (2005–2008).
