James Willson is a seasoned cameraman and editor with extensive experience in the television industry, currently working as a freelance camera operator for Formula One Management Limited since April 2014. In addition, James has served as a cameraman and editor for Channel 4 News since January 2010 and has been the owner and managing director of Warwickshire Media since 2009. With a long-standing role at BBC Television since 2001, James focuses on news, current affairs, documentaries, and sports. James has also worked as a freelance lighting cameraman and editor since July 1997. Academic qualifications include a 2:1 BA Joint Honours in Media with Business Management & IT from the University of Manchester, obtained between 1994 and 1997, following education at Beverley Grammar School from 1987 to 1994.
