Mickey Johnson

As a visionary, Mickey is a transformational leader with over twenty-three years of extensive experience domestically and globally across various industries, such as Industrial, Automobile, Medical, and Aviation, and Aerospace. His leadership experience spans across several functions, involving Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Lean, New Product Development, and Business Operations. As Vice President of Operations, Largos, Mickley will lead the team through a lean transformational culture change journey towards operational excellence.

Prior to joining Formulated Solutions, Mickey served as Global Group Vice President at Tecomet where he steered the team in turning around struggling performance indicators. He developed strong cross-functional teams, policies, and procedures to sustain performance while driving profitable business growth through sound strategic planning, daily management, team building, collaboration, operational excellence, lean transformation, organizational design, and sales and operations planning (SIOP).

Mickey holds an MBA from the University of Hartford, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, and an Advance Management Certificate from Columbia Business School. In addition, Mickey has a Six Sigma Green Belt from Central Connecticut University and has Master Black Belt training and experience in Standard Work, 5S, SMED, Variation Reduction, and Value Stream Mapping from the Danaher Business Systems.
