John Turner

John Turner has a diverse and extensive work experience. John began their career as a US Marine Corps Field Artillery Officer, serving for eight years and participating in multiple international deployments. After leaving the military, they worked as a Training & Development Manager at L'Oreal USA, focusing on improving safety, quality, and efficiency. John then joined Nike as an Area Manager and Training & Development Manager, where they trained and managed a large workforce and implemented operational excellence strategies. Following that, they worked at The J.M. Smucker Company as an Area Leader and Dept Manager, responsible for overseeing a food processing and packaging operation. Most recently, they held the position of VP of Operations at United 1 International Laboratories. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Operations at Formulife, Inc.
