Matthew Hockaday

Matthew Hockaday is a seasoned professional in the software implementation field with extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Currently serving as the Dynamics CE Practice Lead at FormusPro since February 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Solutions Architect at the same company from January 2018 to April 2023. Prior roles include CRM Consultant at Pythagoras, where Matthew was involved in the end-to-end software project implementation methodology, and Implementation Consultant at Octavia Software Solutions. Matthew began a career in software implementation with positions at Kalamazoo-Reynolds and Cable & Wireless. Matthew holds a BA (Hons) in Media & Communication from Birmingham City University, completed in 2006.
