Ruby Brooks has extensive experience in contract administration and project closeout spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Forney Construction since February 2012, Ruby is responsible for generating and sending subcontracts for all projects, as well as managing closeout documents. Prior to this role, Ruby worked at SpawMaxwell Company from June 2000 to December 2011, initially as a project coordinator for six years before becoming the Manager of a newly formed Close Out Department, overseeing closeout documents for numerous projects alongside 19 Project Managers and various Superintendents. Ruby’s career began at Jones Lang Lasalle from May 1998 to June 2000, where responsibilities included assisting the Chief Engineer with maintenance scheduling and overseeing tenant construction projects. Ruby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Houston.
