Paul Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles within the gaming and electronic payment systems industries. Currently serving as Technical Services Manager at ForPOS since October 2017, Paul previously held positions as a Technical Support Engineer where responsibilities included providing assistance for EPOS terminals and creating operating system images. Prior to ForPOS, Paul worked at I-Depsys as a Technical Development and Support Engineer, focusing on the integration of Intelligent Drop Box products in casino environments. Paul also gained valuable experience at FutureLogic, Inc. as a Tech Support Engineer, supporting ticket printer integrations in the Asia region, and at RM as a Senior PC Development Engineer, validating hardware for new product introductions. Paul’s educational background includes an apprenticeship in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Atomic Energy Authority Harwell, along with ONC/HNC qualifications from Newbury College, and foundational education at St Birinus High School.
