Dogus Eldem has extensive professional experience in international quality management, primarily in the automotive industry. They began their career as a Structural Analysis Engineer at Navtek Deniz Teknolojisi A.Ş. and have held various roles such as Project Quality Engineer and Supplier Quality Leader at Autoliv. They served as Quality and Lean Manager and Quality Europe Manager at MANN+HUMMEL before transitioning to Eugen Forschner GmbH, where they currently hold the position of Quality Director Forschner Group after previously being Head of Quality BU Global Operations.
