Mars Cao

Mars Cao serves as Deputy General Manager at Forsee Power since October 2017, where leadership extends to the China R&D, Program, and Purchasing team, focusing on energy management systems for heavy vehicles. Prior to this role, Mars held multiple positions at Boston-Power, including Senior Operations Manager and Project Manager, specializing in battery pack business operations and electric vehicle battery development. Earlier experience includes technical project management at Sony Ericsson China and mechanical engineering roles at Motorola, Techfaith Wireless, and Foxconn, emphasizing design and manufacturing processes in mobile technology. Mars holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical design and manufacture from the Aerospace Engineer Institute of North China.
