Michael Longstaffe

Michael Longstaffe serves as a Senior Advisor for Strategic Initiatives at Huhtamaki since June 2022, providing consulting support to enhance strategic thinking and manufacturing capabilities for the Thin Paper Division. Concurrently, Michael holds the position of Chairman at FORSPILLS Group, a company known for its innovative and sustainable floor cleaning solutions. Prior to these roles, Michael was the Chief Executive Officer at Smith Anderson Group Ltd from 1995 to 2022, overseeing various facets of the packaging business. Michael's career began at Kroma Printing Inks Ltd as Sales & Marketing Director and includes significant experience at WHYTE & MACKAY DISTILLERS LIMITED as Export Market Manager, where Michael developed expertise in the Asia Pacific region. Michael holds a BSc in Science and Anatomy from The University of Edinburgh.
