Daniel Birch

Daniel Birch has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the VP Experience Design at Forsta since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Service & Experience Design at Nationwide Building Society from 2016 to 2022, where they led a team of 100+ experience designers. Before that, they were the Director of Operations at Hydrant Ltd from 2014 to 2016, where their focus was on modernizing and expanding the agency. Daniel also served as the Director of EU Product Development at Shopzilla, Inc. from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for product strategy and development for European sites. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as the Director of Marketing & Product at TripAdvisor Rentals, overseeing the product and technical teams and leading the successful implementation of the company's product strategy. Additionally, they have held creative director roles at mark-making* and Freestyle, and experience director role at twentysix. Daniel started their career as a Design Director at Oyster Partners from 2000 to 2004.

Daniel Birch attended Bath Spa University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a 1st degree in Graphic Design.
