Will Africano has a diverse work experience starting as an Auditor/Intern at Northtown Automotive in 2010. Will then moved on to roles at Constellation Brands, where they served as a Category Analyst for Walmart and Sam's Club, and later as a Category Manager overseeing channel management. Will also co-founded GNARBOX, where they held various positions and eventually became the Chief Marketing Officer responsible for brand development and growth strategy. Will also worked as a Creative Producer at Forta before becoming the Marketing Director, focusing on customer experience and sales funnel optimization. Additionally, they founded Third Pillar Marketing Group, LLC in 2022.
Will Africano received a BS in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 2011. Will also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations and Finance from The Mendoza College at the University of Notre Dame during the same period. In 2008 to 2009, they studied German at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck. Will also obtained additional certifications including WSET Level 2 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust in 2013, a Security Awareness Certificate in 2022, and a HIPPA Certificate in 2022 from Accountable HQ.
