Etta Helm has extensive experience in the financial services sector, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Consultant at Fortace, LLC since January 2015, Etta previously held the role of Sr. Technical Writer at PHH Mortgage from March 2011 to March 2015 and worked at Fortace, LLC as Director of Quality Assurance for a brief period in 2010. Etta’s earlier roles include First Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at OneWest Bank and Sr. Vice President at both Indymac Bank and Shearson Lehman Mortgage/GE Capital Mortgage Services, where responsibilities included managing conduit operations and overseeing collections, foreclosures, and real estate-owned (REO) assets.
