Александр Винников has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Александр started their career as a Programmer at АО НАТ Казахстан in 2012, where they worked for a short period of time. In 2013, they joined ООО "СИБХАЙТЕКЦЕНТР" as a Programmer and stayed with the company until 2014. During this time, they gained experience in web programming. In 2014, they joined ООО "Сибирские информационные системы" as a Web Programmer and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined VRP Consulting as a .NET Developer, and later became the Tech Lead for .NET. Александр'stenure at VRP Consulting lasted until 2018. Lastly, they joined Forte Group in 2018 as a Senior Software Developer, where they currently work.

Александр Винников pursued their education in the field of computational technology. In 2008, they enrolled at Karagandinsky State Technical University and completed their bachelor's degree in Computational Technology and Software Engineering in 2012. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Tomsk Polytechnic University, where they obtained their master's degree in Computational Technology. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained various certifications, including Agile Project and Delivery Management, ICAgile Certified Professional, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project and Delivery Management, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation, ICAgile Certified Professional - Delivery at Scale, Become an ASP.NET Core Developer, Master the OWASP Top 10, and Become a RESTful API Developer. These certifications were acquired from institutions such as ICAgile and LinkedIn, with most of them obtained in 2022 and a few in 2020.
