Sam Levine

Investment Director at Forte Global

Sam is an experienced strategist and facilitator dedicated to effective, outcome-based partnerships between businesses and government. He has shaped such relationships for organisations including DaVita, a US-based healthcare provider, where he transitioned programs from fee-for-service to value-based mechanisms, as well as for social impact investment firms and research accelerators.

In his time at business school, Sam wrote about and organised expert-led events in the field of Pay for Success; financing mechanisms that shift risk away from governments to better achieve social outcomes. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minor in Human Rights from the University of Chicago. Sam hopes to improve the way capital flows between public and private sectors to improve the efficacy of social services.
