Ryan G. has a strong background in finance and management, with a focus on strategic planning and financial analysis. Ryan started their career as a Restructuring and Turnaround Management Analyst at Grant Thornton in 2005. Ryan then moved on to Meritor, where they held various roles including Senior Financial Analyst, Manager - Internal Audit, and Manager - Finance Transformation from 2008 to 2013. Following this, Ryan worked as a Finance Manager at ZF Group from 2013 to 2014, and as a Senior Finance Manager at Delphi from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Ryan is working at Fortech Products Inc, where they initially held the position of Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2021. Ryan is now serving as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for financial strategy, reporting, and consolidation for the U.S. and Mexico operations. Additionally, they manage the HR and IT departments and leads efforts to enhance purchasing commodities and strategies. Ryan also has experience in project management, particularly in target acquisitions and integration.
