Will Justice

Will Justice has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering and design. Will currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Forte, where they have been working since May 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Forte from December 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Forte, Will worked at CyberGRX from January 2019 to June 2021. Will started as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to the position of Senior Software Engineer (Front End Tech Lead). During their time at CyberGRX, Will played a crucial role in leading frontend initiatives, enhancing the frontend app architecture, and creating automated UI testing infrastructure.

From November 2016 to December 2018, Will was employed at Unself as a Senior UX Engineer. Their responsibilities included building and maintaining responsive web applications, leading front-end architecture efforts, and spearheading the progressive web application initiative.

Will's career started at Markit in September 2014, where they worked as a UX/UI & Information Designer. In this role, they collaborated with major financial institutions and media outlets to design bespoke applications for the responsive web. Will also leveraged their financial knowledge to create actionable visualizations and user-centered interfaces.

Before joining Markit, Will worked as an independent Design/Development Contractor from June 2011 to November 2016.

Will Justice earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Digital Design from the University of Colorado Denver in the year 2014. In the same year, they also studied Scandinavian Design Studies at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad, earning 6 credits towards their BFA at CU Denver.
