Anat Rozen has a background in talent acquisition and recruitment. ✨️Anat most recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Forter, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, Anat worked at Philips as a Talent Acquisition Partner from September 2019 to September 2021. In this role, they were part of the "critical capabilities" team, focusing on roles that helped transform Philips into a digital health technology company. Their responsibilities included managing the end-to-end hiring processes, utilizing creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent, leading data-driven recruitment processes, creating a positive candidate experience, and building a pool of candidates for future hiring goals. Before joining Philips, Anat was a Recruitment Specialist at Jobinfo from December 2015 to August 2019.
