Carly Penner

Carly Penner currently serves as the Director of Legal at Forter, a position held since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP from September 2018 to April 2021, and at Paul Hastings from October 2017 to August 2018. Carly began their legal career as a Summer Associate at Abe, Ikubo, Katayama in May 2015. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and participation as a Semester Hansard Scholar at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
