Flora Cherrier

Flora Cherrier is currently the Principal Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts at Forter, where they help brands and retailers leverage consumer-generated content to enhance their reach with in-market shoppers. They previously held roles at Sprinklr as a Senior Success Manager, Bazaarvoice as a Client Success Director, and Splio as an Account Manager, among other positions. Flora earned an MBA from ESSEC Business School and holds a Master 2 from the MBA Institute. They also gained early experience as an Ingénieure Commerciale at Help-Line and an Apprentie chargée de développement at Louvre Hotels.
